I am very excited to be a part of the team at Juneau Family Health and Birth Center.

I have been doing massage since 1985, starting at a school in New Zealand, and finishing in my home town of Portland, Oregon, with a 1000 hour course at the East-West College of the Healing Arts.

In my practice I use a variety of techniques for medical massage and relaxation: deep tissue, sports, and swedish massage, trigger point work, myofascial release, and aroma therapy. I am also certified in pregnancy massage, incorporating comfortable body cushions to encourage relaxation and comfort in all stages of pregnancy. My diverse and extensive training and the variety of techniques I practice allow me to help all patients and clients, with new or existing problems.
